Welcome
On behalf of Kang won Province in Korea where was falling big snowflakes all day,
There is great blue-sky and sunny day in Seaul.
I can feel the wind is chilly yet, something warm and cozy feeling exist in the sunshine.
I know everyone wants to take off their thick and dark winter jacket but
Various of color shirts and jakets which we can smell spring scent make us heart flutter.
Whenever time goes at the end of the February, I'm always waiting for spring.
